Yeah I did notice the delay APM, but I don't think it really affects things that much.

for what it's worth:

I replaced the secondary unit only, and my fuel gauge works fine now. The primary unit i wasn't able to source from anywhere.

Ethanol is very corrosive and will destroy sending units along with everything else over time. I went to a local shop that cleans injectors and he showed me a box full of injector screens where the screens had large holes ate in them and some plastic tips that were all ate up. I have a brand new secondary sending unit waiting to be installed when the stock one bites it. I have almost 160k miles and have no problems with the gauge, but FL switched over to E10 a lil over a year ago and I have a feeling it won't be long.
