They do still make the lighted key....I bought one within the last 6 months.

As for their comment about key codes before 95. That can be true, however the key code is stamped on the key itself if you have the original keys.

I looked at my passenger door lock, and didn't find any code. I was told the same thing......then I relized the code was on the keys I already had.

yup, my key has it stamped!

Nope, no original key here. Figured it would be a good idea to hide a key somewhere on my chassis in case I ever lost my one and only key...

Went and picked up 2 new keys from code today (used my VIN) from the local dealer. Only cost me $21.67 (10.95 for rubber and 8.95 for metal). The attendant stated (again) that they don't carry the keys with the light in them anymore, or have for quite a while.

After getting home, I compared my keys. LOL talk about the old one being warn down!

Yea mine is worn down even a little worse than that. The original black one could break by dropping it to far its so brittle.

Will the lighted keys work in the 93s

The guy at the dealership said that they just have to order them in but that he could get me one for $16.95
