Are you saying that there's no way that I could have removed the ORANGE plastic reflector?

edit: he said that on the post facelift you can't do that b/c it's part of the plastic.

No... you said that your tails look exactly like the JDM ones except for free...

I am saying, although you can make them clear you can not remove the other difference... A reflector on the red part of the light.

All I know, is that I removed the orange reflector piece with a pair of pliers. I didn't get anywhere near an oven. Lol. My 93 LS has the same thing....

For 93-94 sedans, you can swap to 92 taillights if you want the clear turn signal look.

But, yeah, those reflectors are not present in non-North-American taillights as far as I know.

FYI:
I just put up a post in the For Sale section about selling 6 sets of '92 tail lights for my buddy who works at a private Subaru garage.

Ok here's my 93 LS. It has the orange reflector in it and that orange piece IS removable (I've removed it before).



Here's my 91 SS with the reflector removed and an amber bulb in place of it.

Do you see the difference in your '93s tail light vs. the tail light that Brad got?

Its that part that wraps around the side, and its red.
