the 91-94 usdm turbo legacy has a hitachi ecu. not a Jecs like the svx

can you read the rom on the hitachi's like you can the jecs?

My friend would be VERY VERY interested in being able to modify the TCU programming.

To bump this thread back up, did you guys end up discovering a way to Modify the Stock Legacy ECU (1989-1992) using Eproms? or the OBD1 port?

It's not going to happen unless your capable of tackling it yourself.
