I hooked up with one who sold me a car for 1200 but he said it was just out of timing. tow to brothers house. next visit fixed timing but it did not even finish 65 mile trip home.

if correct I think jason friend may like hearing that story/ but anyway glad to hear people were able to help save an SS. theya re the best to drive. sleepers for sure.

$1500. firm. I found a running engine for $800. $2300 is a steal for this car really. all you have to do is swap it. you may be able to save some money buying an engine through this site, but I just haven't tried. I'm sure a short block would do it. check w/ evolutionmovement.

I could not afford to do that at this time. plus the cost of tow, gas trailer and finding the time right now.

I have one coming in a week, another svx THAT DIED and must be parted out before the plates come off.
