Actually I would get them from 1stsubaruparts.com Cheaper than hanson motors site. I checked yesterday on a whole slew of parts and they were cheaper I think on all of them.
I buy all my OEM stuff from 1stsubaruparts.com and they're awesome. They're located up in Renton, WA and they ship pretty fast to me but I only like a couple hours away or less. Best prices I've found so far.
Hanson motors wanted DOUBLE what 1stsubaruparts.com wanted for parts when I went in there yesterday. So I told them about 1stsubaruparts.com being way cheaper and they said they too have an online site to buy parts discounted from so I checked them out and it wasn't much cheaper than it was at the counter.
1stsubaruparts.com FTW!!

Tomorrow, I don't have work. Granted decent weather, I'll be taking pics and starting to remove some of the parts people have requested.
I wouldn't have a problem hacking the headlight cable...

left tail light: $25
cargo cover: $55
4 window motors: $30 x 4 = $120
steering column: You mean the plastic pieces which go above/below the column -- part 34340aa120ML? If so, $8. Note, that I had a boost gauge screwed into the top of it and I noticed the back two screw holes on those long posts were cracked...
In that case, I do not need the steering column surround.
If the charcoal canister doesn't leak, I'm interested in that too. (The black plastic cylinder next to the radiator, with 3 nipples on top and 1 on the bottom).

Well there is no visible leakage... lol during engine removal, I noticed the bottom line wasn't even connected. Anyways, how does $25 for it sound?

I'll give you $20 for it.
Dang, I see your cargo cover handle is as broken as mine is.

I'll pass on the cover.

Got the SS up and running now. Time to kick the parting out into high gear. The shell must be out of the driveway by October 1st!

How about the weather strip that goes under the rear windshield glass, is it in good shape? Think you could remove it without mangling it?
Now that I think about it... that's kind of a tough thing to ship. I'll PM a list of random wagon crap I could use.

Since the forum has issues replying to your PM...
All these parts [from PM] I still have.
-pass window works, just a little sluggish which I assume is due to age.
-drive door switch... as in the plastic thing which has the 4 window switches? never been taken apart, so it should be ok...
-rear garnish? What do you mean exactly? the center red light on the hatch, surrounded by plastic?
-I would try removing the weather stripping, but not sure how well it will come off on such an old car. anyways, never had leaks from the back.

are the 2 small plastic tabs that hold the cargo cover open going with the cover? if not, im interested in them, one of mine is broken.

The cover hasn't been sold, so those plastic holding tabs in the cargo area are still free game. Heh they're barely even worth the $1 and gas to drive up to get it...

haha, yeah. and even though we're both in seattle, it might be easier to just mail them.
my roommate has a 92' Legacy wagon, i'll see if he needs anything too, maybe we'll come by and pick yours apart.
i'll PM you after i talk to my roommate.

If you're still interested in the parts from the legacy, please respond soon. I will be hauling the shell to the wrecking yard in the upcoming weeks.
Ya'll know the size/weight of the parts you're requesting. I'm in ZIP 98155. Can use whatever shipping company you prefer/price out. USPS flat rate boxes, UPS, FedEx, etc...
