I should clarify a few items. I have a second Gen "trim" and as shown in the photo, I still have my cup holders. This may be a mix between EDM and North American. But I have also seen the First Gen and do not remember cup holders

I found mine online somewhere years ago, the individual was selling the switch and clock, I asked if I could buy the entire thing

I put it together "enough" for the photo, its not screwed down, but gives you an idea. Its Single DIN with the headlight leveler and clock above the stereo and the cupholder above that. This gives some clearance for the cupholder and you can still access the stereo. Where as our version the stereo is right at the top.

Does anyone have access to the EDM wiring diagrams ? There should be something about this in them. I KNOW that the 1996 had them possibly all EDM second gen legacies.

oo you do keep the cupholder. my bad. Anyways I don't see any edm/jdm FSM's online for the 2nd gen unfortunately. 1st and 3rd gens are available, not 2nds.

Too bad it's for second gen, I would have liked to have something like that in my '94. I too cannot find any FSM for the second gen cars outside of US.

I wonder if the first gen trim /w clock uses the same wiring pinout ? Is there a first gen EDM wiring diagram ? Perhaps it will give a clue as to the functions of some of the wires.

I've never even seen a firstgen trim with clock like that. Wouldn't know if a wiring diagram for one exists.

IMHO, 2nd gen. has the same wiring as the 1st gen, at least for the clock. Which is the SAME in both generations.
Search for the 1992 legacy service manual.pdf, it's been online somewhere.
It describes the AUDM Legacy/Liberty which has the same wiring as the EDM.
It's a 902-page PDF file, pages 823 and 860 describe the wiring for the clock (connector i47).

Pages 204 and 241 show the secret (connector i47).

Ah, thanks. I will have to see if it translates straight across for the second Gen now. You need both page 204 and 241 as 241 is missing position 6 on the I47 plug/housing, But page 204 has pin 6 on I47. But I wonder if the switches are broken in mine, since I could not get any two wires to close a circuit when playing with the switches.

But I will try when I have a chance. This should help alot.

anybody got a part number for it? or know where to get one in Canada?
