Yeah, that's pretty clean, anyone that's paid for bodywork will realize the value in having a rustless car! 
I paid $2,500 for mine effectively (traded a motorcycle and cash) and it was in great shape interior and body wise, but mechanically neglected. You want 5-ish... I'd definitely say it's worth that with that mileage!
Why shouldn't our Legacies be worth that kind of money if they're that clean, pft, I've seen plain jane, yet CLEAN AE86 Corollas at the $5-$7k range sell well... Even one GTS with 30k miles in Canada sell for almost $10k!
