That guy had covers on the front wheels which were on hinges I believe and had rollers on the inside so when he turned the wheels it would push the cover open to make room for the turn. At least that's what I understood from reading that. I thought that was a pretty cool idea. Would probably make a lot of noise though and I wonder if it would wear on the tires over time.

Hey guys,

I just wanted to chime in and everyone know that the new S/C TT setup is on a built longblock with a T/C 40r. I will have updates and videos as things progress. Right now we are in the process of working out a tune with the AEM standalone and some other little things to make this kit really shine. For right now all I can really say is the "Power under the curve" is going to be nuts. Sorry for the bad pics...

seriously, what is the point of a supercharged turbo setup? What? your your turbo boosts to 21 psi just in time to get restricted by the 1.5 psi supercharger? I dont get it? Wea re talking about two totally different boost curves at the same time.

If I understand their setup correctly, the supercharger cuts out when the turbos take over. So, you get the best out of both systems. So, no turbo lag on the low end, and no supercharger parasitic drag on the high end.

Exactly. At a certain RPM or boost level, not sure which, it disengages the supercharger.

Oft times I've wondered if that were possible. All the superchargers I've seen look like if it's not turning there could be no air flow through them.

How do you suppose this is accomplished?

Bypass it.
