I am so sorry to hear about your car. My car has holds a great deal of sentimental value and would be horrified if it were ever stolen. I can only imagine you feel the same. Best of luck, I hope it is returned to you safely.

It sucks that your car was stolen. I would be mad as hell if it happened to me. I spend a fair amount of time on the highway everyday and am on the look out just in case it makes its down this way. This is a serious issue and I apologize for making jokes at such a stressful time.

I hope everything works out and all those responsible are properly punished.

CAR FOUND!!!!!

Apparently it was simply jacked because it was easy pickings. The theif was caught redhanded trying to cash a blank check. He had a Subaru key in possession. I-pod and similar items missing. Car in decent shape.

Bad news? Possible rod knock.

Will let Spencer fill in the details.

Apparently the waste of oxygen, crack smoking, proof that evolution works in reverse, loser was trying to cash a check he found in the car and ended up arrested.

Don't know all the details yet, but I'm sure Spence will fill you in later.

Yay!!!! I HAVE THE CAR BACK!!!

Bad news though... On the drive home discovered two things...

1) Motor is ****ed... Rod Knock... AND there is exhaust coming out of the oil fill tube
2) Transmission is Blown
3) Clutch is not engaging right...

First gear obviously has teeth stripped off... And i also believe some teeth are missing from the front diff... I can here two separate noises... both just in first... and another when in any gear.

So now starts the hunt for parts for a complete drivetrain rebuild...

that really sucks. Maybe he wasn't putting premium and can't drive stick worth of shit??

It is a niceish start to the new year atleast you got your car back in good condition. Other then drivetrain woes.
