Yup, they just bolt on. The only thing you need to do is either bend back the existing brake rotor dust shield or remove it.

Mine got removed.

That's what I did with my WRX brake swap. Those H6 11.3" rear rotors work great. I actually went with LGT rear calipers/brackets because the rotors are vented, but the diameter and braking power between LGT and H6 should be identical. My dust shields were shot anyway...
