Injector duty cycle is a function of airflow. The turbo's ability to move air through the engine is a function of the modifications. A normal TD05-16G on a completely stock engine with stock exhaust and intake will be fine on wastegate boost.

I am running a ported & polished TD05-16G which will flow more air, and had a modified intake and 3" TBE and ran just below fuel cut on a stock engine without any problems. AFR's stayed around 10.5-11 to 1, which is normal for the stock ECU. You should be fine.

Sorry to jump in here, but I can just put 25D heads on my stock 22T short block w/Robtuned ecu? How about with a 22T ecu? That would be pretty cool since I can find 25D heads a lot easier than 20G heads. Of course it would be easier to just use my stock 22T heads since I am not looking for crazy hp.

No, the 25D heads would alter CR, and the ej22t intake manifold will not bolt up to those heads.
