Have you tried to test the resistance at each of the injectors?
There are a lot of subies out here in UT and pretty much every time someone has similar shaking issues it has been a bad injector. A 90 legacy wagon I bought had the same problem and I ended up finding this board in search for a solution.
Several coolant sensors and ground wires and other standard fixes sometimes helped temporarily, but it turned out to be 20 year old injectors crapping out on me that were at the root of the problem.
Just pull the injector harness and test the resistance across the metal contacts in each injector body with a multimeter set on the lowest Ohm reading.
I can't recall the exact spec (someone else should know off the top of their head~ 11 or 13 Ohms), but the bad injector(s) should have a wildy different value than the others. Just write down each value and report back here.
I've replaced them with GB reman injectors off of Ebay, about $70 each.
