Ok, good to hear things are working good. Any active or stored codes in the ECU?

Hey josh sorry haven't gotten back sooner. Been busy so I will check if there are any more active codes today. My hesitation came back so I think my used maf already took a crap. Gonna grab another on Monday.
I do have another question though. Since my manual swap my ignition key WILL not turn all the way counter clockwise to the lock position when I pull it out. Only makes it to the click before lock and when I take the key out my car is constantly beeping with the driver side door open. I don't think this is right and the beeping will keep going if the key is in or out as long as the door is ajar. My ignition assembly is pretty loose and I can uses house key to barely put it in the ignition and it'll turn and crank the car on as if it were my car key

You need to remove the key interlock computer under the dash to get the key out.

Look at the picture in my write-up and try to find it under your dash.

Ok josh. I got a lot going on under my dash so do you remember about where it might be. Like the same side as the black connectors or other side near green connectors. It's snowing and freezing out so I'll get it out when it has warmed up.
Also josh, yesterday while it was still warm out my car wouldn't start again. I tried wigglin and wigglin and finally started up. But it's getting looser and looser, I'm thinking a push start button soon or taking all the steering wheel trim off and see if I can tighten what's loose...

Look at figure 66-2

Should be to the right of the steering wheel.
What is getting "looser and looser"? You could try a push button and that should narrow it down to whether it's the ignition switch or wiring associated with the 5spd swap.

Awesome thnx for that diagram! And my ignition cylinder is getting looser. Seems when my car won't want to start I wiggle it around while my key is in it and it'll crank up like I'm hitting a contact or ground to give it that lil spark to start it. Sometime I'll wiggle for a second sometimes it takes a minute or so

I'm guessing something is loose within the cylinder or mechanism around it dealing with getting that first crank.
