I can't go bigger then a 30 gap or else it bucks, hesitates, etc kinda like what your describing, but I set me at 28 and everything's good. But I am still running the factory coil with a crap tons of miles/years on it lol

Might decrease the gap a little bit. It bucks when heavy into the throttle past 4k RPMS. Might drop it to 0.26 and see what it does.

Doesn't hurt to try, and new plugs are like $13 so cheap too

I am still having the issue. This morning, I decided to see what happens with the car is cold. The temp gauge was like 1/4 from the middle, so I ripped 2nd thru 3rd to redline and it didn't hesitate what so ever. I let it get up to operating temp and I couldn't go WOT without it hesitating.
It doesn't start to hesitate till over 4500 rpms, I cant hold WOT, I have to back off a little to keep going. Although this morning, I held WOT just fine. So, now i'm wondering wtf is happening haha.
I'm gonna replace my coolant temp sensor and see. Also maybe a different MAF for the hell of it.

Maybe you answered this above and if so please direct me to that post, but do you have a WB and have you checked your AFR's?

Josh, WB reads rich as a pig under boost. Dips into the low 10's.

Your wideband can't read any lower than that, so I'd bet it's even richer. Sounds like a rich misfire to me. You're drowning your spark out under full boost. Start checking for post-turbo boost leaks, confirm injector size is right on with your tune and check/clean the MAF. You should be able to plug your turbo inlet up with a can or a PVC cap or something and pressurize the intake tract from a vacuum line without losing a significant amount of pressure.

My wideband pins out at 10.0 so yeah it could be richer. Not sure why, I haven't replaced my coolant temp sensor which maybe could be a problem? I am going to try another MAF too. i've done smoke tests and they've been fine, no leaks.
When I first push the throttle when I start it in the AM, the car dies, it just falls on it's face. When I feather it enough to hold the throttle its choppy and stutters. Not sure whats going on there but when hot it runs pretty good. The stuttering seems to be intermittent at times.

Well, I just threw a rod through the top of the engine. So, I don't have to worry about the hesitation anymore. lol

I'm feeling a part out soon, if I don't find an option for an engine.

That sucks....and I hate to say it, but I would guess whatever issues you were having could be the reason you threw a rod.
Sorry

Yeah that's what i'm assuming too, really bummed. I didn't see it coming at ALL!
I got a few options, and this weekend i'm selling the robtune, turbo, injectors, MAF, and FMIC for $1200. So this will find a new engine, and then i'm going with a larger turbo, bigger injectors, and an ESL tune. It should make 350+ whp.
