And useless...I doubt it would make much anymore power than at 15psi

I run between 10 and 15psi daily on mine with a tmic. Never have problems. Lately the turbine is starting to whine a bit and its becoming harder to reach 15lbs. But hey, with 215,100 miles , a couple rally-x's and lots of highway racing on a stock turbo; what else can be expected? That and I think my intake gaskets leak so it idles funny and hesitates a tad from a launch.
I'll rebuild one of these days.

me personly im not even running stock presher. im runnin about 5-6 pounds and its pluny quick to get my in truble with the law :wink: .

when i get a boost controller ill set it at 10 psi with out in intercooler.

ill do a top mount when i find one for a good price. ive got a front mount intercooler and piping. but dont have time to put it in so ill just go top mount for now.

after that 15psi and no more till i do a rotated mount with a vf22 or vf30 with front mount and about 18psi. with supporting mods also and perfect power stand alone. oh for the love of boost. :-)
