Baron that thing is pretty sweet. Obviously the legacy is my car of choice, but I love any old school turbo car. Nobody looks at them at it and thinks "that must be fast!" make such good sleepers

My first Subi; 1992 Loyale 5spd PB 4wd. Closing in on 334k miles on the stock EA82.
Popped the HGs within 20 miles of buying it, so got to have my first bit of "maintenance" on my first Subi being a whole reseal.
For 332k (at the time), I'd say the internals look pretty damn good, eh?
Thus far all I've done from bone stock is a deckless head unit, cheap dynomax muffler to get rid of the painfully restrictive stock muff, and advanced the timing to 20*.
Just because I could...
My plans were to go all out and do 5 lug, an EJ22, 4 wheel discs, and cruise control since I drive 30 miles each way to work. I emailed a guy on the USMB about a "parts car" he had, and went to go look at the engine. Come to find out the "parts car" is a complete 1990 Legacy L wagon with 240k on the clock, and needing about $500 in work to be daily driveable; HGs, T belt and water pump, clutch (maybe), and an alignment.
So after realizing how much I'd have into converting my Loy over to a mini Lego, I decided to just buy and fix up the Lego to be my daily, and have the Loyale to drive in the mean time.
Pics tomorrow, though right now, she's not much to look at.

I am in dyer need of a hood!!!
List of things done
valvle cover gaskets
new cat
Head Gaskets
timing belt/water pump
trans mount
rear struts
rear pass door
and various interior stuff
Things I need
HOOD
passenger /headlight
both front fenders unless I cut the rust out.
Just finished the door install today along with driver visor, cruise controls and window controls.
I love my daily driver but still learning about it.
I keeps the miles low on my sti(40k).
Ok I deleted those pics, here are a few pics after new timing belt, water pump, and head gasket.
Also cut the cat out after I smogged it, was in crumbs, put a stright pipe in place.

After I cleaned her up and gave her some rubbing.

It came from a Forester S. If you find one make sure th get the temperature sensor from behind the grille. Its pretty painless to install.
