Its a style and i have only seen 1 other 1st gen legacy run wide wheels the drift union one no one on here has the balls to take new steps and do shit no one else does the purpose is to take the lead and do new shit to new and old things.... whats the point in having huge wheel gap when you dont need it if i could go lower i would but the car is about at its max the body can allow the metal inner fender on the front wont let me go lower... may tub it and i would personally love to have wider wheels but i havent seen any stanced legacys this year this wide and low... if there are others link me because i havent found you.....
I had 9in wide with a 255 last year on my touring wagon. On my new one I won't be going that wide. You have to do a huge pull to fit anything over a 9, and its just not worth to me. I'll be going with a 8.5 this time around, sits flush and looks perfect. I like what I see on your car, but I think it needs to go lower to pull of a stretch like that.

Nice work! Using a Subaru as it was intended.
Do the lights up top make a noticeable difference in fuel mileage?

Welcome to the BBS.
Very nice looking car! Looks like you've got some mods there. Loved to hear about them and see some pictures if you care to share.

Took it earlier out near Pullman-- Averaging 23/24mpg hwy in this thing is kind of good

And this is how she sits.....
All taken from my build thread
Minus the fart can. It's got a 2006 wrx axleback on it at the moment, so restricting

Yes Sir, EJ20R. Bought it from Jake for 400. Only thing about it that sucks is the off boost power is crap but when it hits boost, It's a fun ride

The two together, before I painted the fozzy wheels.

Sedan alone after I painted the wheels.
