I finally found out the purpose of those retarded windows! Subaru designed them like that to be the only car that you could have the windows down and not get wet when it's raining. That's so dumb. Worst windows ever.

Parked next to a very clean GC today at the Olympia mall. I think it was a chicks car but she probably had a boyfriend into subarus because it had the JDM spats and side skirts. Or were those stock on USDM cars? It was automatic though and had pink rallypig stickers on the front and back.

Awesome older gentleman in a bright red svx rolling on gold bbs sti rims on bothell everett highway heading north right by the 405 on ramp around 230pm today. I'm pretty sure he had driving gloves on. I think he may have acknowledged me, but i'm not certain, when i got close a second time i gave a thumbs up and he looked a little confused.

The new STi I think look very JDM, i would love to have one.

yeah, a lot of it was carbon fiber wrapped, which looked nice. But some of the aeroguards were a tad much for my taste.

Is it just me or do new Subarus (and most new cars in general, for that matter) look bloated?

Personally, a lot of newer cars all kind of look the same. Like i know our legacys all look like a lot of other cars from the same time period, but seriously on the 08 wrx hatches and sedans, i often confuse them with kias and hyundais at a distance. The wrx hatch from the back reminds me a lot of the kia spectra 5 or a ford focus. The sedan sort of reminds me of a focus sedan as well.

I saw what i believe is my girlfriend's old pearl white turbo legacy turning on to Pacific in Spanaway/Tacoma. Has a White front driver's door and sitting on gold 5 spoke rs wheels.
