So Rob, which of these should I get? ( or should I wait for the 22T version??)

it runs my hybrid motor way better then the 22T ecu could run it. Rob is going to send me another chip with more timing, probably +4 deg over the base i have now, to compensate for the low comp ratio. if the +4 runs well with no knock, were going to bump it up to +6 or 7 deg and try it. after that i will dyno it.

Oh cool! i will be running a VERY similar set up when its all said and done. Gonna take my 22t shortblock and pair it with my 20g heads and intake w/ FMIC. i'll be very curious to see what you dyno.

This is why we need something programmable.

Hey thanks. I was looking for the same post I put on Nasioc. I forgot that I also posted on rs25.

If you want to go the G ECU route, then it doesn't matter which of those you pick. Some are more rare than others, so just pick the cheapest you can find. Keep in mind that my G tune on the 22T motors is still a bit of work in progress. So far I only have data from one car. Results look good, but I'm guessing there is still room for improvements that will come with more testing. Plus you need to make doubly sure you know how to match the G ECU to your motor. I am still a bit nervous that somebody is going to skip a step, like picking the right MAF. I don't have a timeline for a 22T tune. Iit might be a bit of a wait.

Just waiting for you give the all clear and I'll fix up a couple new maps for you. Do you see any knock blinks? Have you the tried launch control feature? Does the power curve feel smooth?

Rob, Power curve is very smooth. No knock ever, light does work though, i lugged the car in 5th up a hill at a lower rpm and got a few blinks just to test the system. LC works, next tune though i want to set my rev limit to 7k instead of 7400, my turbo has no power up that high from what i can tell.

Sure, no problem Mike. Thanks for the update. Just let me know when you are ready for the next maps to try.

Cool to hear. :-). Hey Rob any more progress on the COP/WS thing? Just wondering. T think I see a turbo on the horizon.

I'm away for a few weeks and look what I find!! :-D

This is great news. I've wished for Rob to swoop down to rescue us all ever since seeing his work on nasioc. Then the Revtronix fiasco... I had given up hope
And bravo to all those helping out with the development.

If a chipped 22T ECU becomes available I can dyno it up here at altitude (~1mile above sea level) to round out the information. I have Delta 220 cams too, so we could see how the tune compensates.

AWESOME NEWS!!

Almost ready to test. When are you converting? You game to give it a shot?

I thought you wanted me to hold off on the conversion since you were gonna work on some kind of chip that would save me from having to convert? Unless you mean you already have it in which case, yup I can be ready pretty quick.
