i was just wondering if that igniter was some sort of a upgrade type deal, for the spark plugs i would run copper ones just change them more often.

i run one step colder but im mod to the max, my gap is .25mm also

Considering that the engine has almost 220k, I'd consider doing a compression and a leak down test on it before you get serious with the power. It's better to be safe than sorry

What kit is that piping from?

It's the CXracing kit from eBay. Fits okay. I went to O'rielly auto to get a custom tube to make it work, the one tube made everything so much better. I'll take more pictures when it's finished but the kit is a real tight fit on both sides

Note to self, do not drive on free way without fenders, you will lose your fender lining lol

Great job man! I was gonna tell you of some tricks on installing the fmic, but you move so fast, i think i missed my chance. Some of the guys on here have done the same kit, and its the same one I'll most likely do.
1st, I believe the guys in Australia end up flipping the core upside down. So the inlets are at the top.
2nd, i believe they cut the bumper beam to fit the core on.

Which pipe did you have to get at o'rileys?

Yea I'm impatient lmao, I havent cut the bumper beam yet, I'm going to torch it, Eff using a saw. I went looking for any hose that was 2.5 in wide. Plain and simple this will not bolt up without a few modifications. My buddy that work their had one about 24 in by 6 in "L" shape. ( Its the black hose youll see in the second picture in my last post ) I'll try to get the part number but it was a perfect fit

Yeah I know that with the cx kit there's some cutting involved, bud i didnt think one had to add/buy more piping.

Well you really didnt have to add anything, in my opinion it made it better. ( Because the black hose can go around the dip stick and other things that were in the way )
You could get by from just cutting and rewedding it or putting a new coupler on it

Looks good, have you checked your dealer for a new turbo intake elbow, mine was fairly reasonably priced and all new and flexy and soft. :D
