Saw a pretty clean red SS on 15th St headed onto Harvey rd in Auburn yesterday evening.

Saw a cool black postface SS in Shelton today. Gave the subaru wave. I was getting something out of Kleinkid's immaculate 91 SS at the time.

It's funny, now that I own one I see them more often. Just saw a white SS on International Blvd is Seatac.

Saw a couple turbo Legacy's at Golden Gardens today

Ran into a guy named Vince (I think) at the somewhat frequent Subaru meet in Redmond last night. Had a nice post face white touring wagon with a 5mt swap. I do love the wagons. Counting him, I've only seen 2 first gens there. Everyone else is newer stuff.

Do a lot of you guys go to those raincity subie meets? I have a few Impreza buddies who go and they told me last Monday the first gen legacy crowd (2 people) was the only group of people that would even talk to them lol. Apparently the wrx broskis stick to themselves down there
I'm not one to go to car meets and such, the scene just doesn't excite me but I was curious if anyone on here stops by these meets occasionally?

Meets like that always seem to be a mixed bag. There's nice people, and people who are just the worst. Honestly, i imagine it depends on what you're trying to accomplish there. If you want to look at cool cars, i guess i would go, but if you expect to have meaningful conversations, that might be a bit limited.

Thats cause you're almost a decade older than most of the guys who attend, K!

I've only gone to that one a handful of times over the last couple years, basically when I get off work at a decent time, and I'm usually the only first gen there. Some off the ppl are cool to talk to, I was talking with a couple RS owners there, and the first gen guy. The other ppl who own the new stuff don't talk with me at least. It's kinda stupid, but cool at the same time.

Saw him in snohomish a week or so ago, also ran into my cars twin in traffic last night, saw one that kijan saw a couple months ago.

Speaking of ones Kijan spotted, this one could use some paint as well. But then, i guess, who doesn't need some sort of paint work on their 25 year old car?
