Hi all

i have this problem with my intercooler pump on the RS Legacy, as I
understand it has a high and low speed. Lately in the last year or so
I noticed the pump is really noisy, is it stuck in high mode or are
the bearings in the pump slowly dying?

Cheers
Leon

Leon,
I had the same a few years back. Remove the pump from under the gaurd and take it down to your local auto electrician who can simply replace the bearing. I think it cost me around the $40 Aus.
cheers, Rod ..in oz
