Hello everyone, I need new tyres for the RS and can get the Michelin Vivacy 205/65/15 91H fairly cheaply. The car came out with 60 profile. Can I put 65s on the car? My car is stock standard, with the stock 15' RS wheels. Does anyone foresee any problems with this fitment?

Ross,
the problem is that you are increasing the overall dia. If you want to fit 65 series tyres and keep std rolling dia and overall same size tyre, you would need to go '-1', which would be195/65-15. If you fit a bigger tyre overall on your rim it may reduce the handling characteristics as well.... it will 'squirm' more on the rim.
If you do fit the 205/65-15, increasing you dia, your speedo would be indicating eg 100 km/h and you may be actually doing 104km/h.
