Hi
When checking the error codes and no code is found what should
the 'check engine' light do? Is it steady on, flashing or off?
Also if using the green T wires D-check procedure how far can the car
be driven with the green T wires coinnected to check for faults?
Reason for question? I had an intermittent check engine light which
shows the oxygen sensor and code 12. Replaced o2 sensor but on test
drive check engine light came on after 10 miles for few seconds then
went off as before? Any ideas?

Check the codes again with the black connectors, see what pops up....if
anything.

If there are no codes it will blink at a steady rate.

With just the green connectors connected you can do the d-check. You
need to make sure that when you first turn ignition on that there is
currently no probs as to what the instructions say. Then drive the car
until it gives you the all clear blinking or it blinks a problem.

Connecting both the green and black connectors and driving will clear
the codes per what the instructions say.
