I just checked and that's waaaay too far for me to go. That's at least 5+ hours from Eastern Ohio, I live right off what turns into 80 in P.A. But, the next time I go to NJ or NY I'll have to stop by because your place is *almost* right on the way.

Have a great time. I went last year and it was awesome. Sux I can't make it this year.
It sounds like the spectator situation is going to be a disaster. I hope things work out and they don't have to cancel stages.

had a great time!won a custom3" mandrel turbo back exhaust system, check my post in exhaust.subaru's factory team cars didnt last past the 4th stage

but during the 5th a wrx was rrunning 3rd behind the 2 mistu. factory cars.I saw more wrx's then i thought were made!no joke at least 30 of them were at the rally.I was approched a few different times about my turbo legacy, with a cou[ple of people straight up drooling over it.it really made me feel good, they were like holy crap is that a 5 speed, sweet dont see many of these around.I had the only legacy turbo there so i was representing for us all.my car was running really good like she wanted to show eveyone what its all about!on the way back from stage 5 i was kinda having fun with a silver wrx and i got on it hard, now i think he was on it tobut i was pulling on him through 80 when we backed off.I imagine he wasn't on it all the way because im stock at the moment and i dont see how i could smoke a wrx.over all it was a really great time but yes the spectating was a total joke!they really need to do something about it before next year.oh ya saw a turbo forester and a turbo baja there.the guy at the subaru stand said the turbo legacy is coming next spring!

Thank goodness it went off without a hitch. The last thing the US rally program needed was a fiasco right now.
Fill me in on the spectating. I want to know what things are like after the crack-down. What made it a joke? Way too many people? Rules too strict? Bad viewing locations?

the viewing area's were to few and to small, and so there were to many people. It made it very hard to see.there was only 1 spectating location on any given stage with some stages not even having spectating.a lot of people were complaining about not being able to spectate at locations they've gone to for years.it rained like mad so that kept away a lot of people.I can't even imagine what it would have been like if it had been nice.there was so many people at the stage 5 area it was a 30 minute walk uphill in the mud to the spectater area unless you got there 4 hours early and waited.I have to say I'm just happy I got to go but I hope next year the spectating is little less of a hassle.
