Anyone know of a place that is able to chrome items? Not the spray on chrome but the real thing. Don't worry, it's not for my car. That would be funny though.

Try any place that deals with harley davidsons. They'll know somewhere that does chroming.

Maybe he wants to chrome his doors to match those FUGLY chromed handles some legacy had.
How about a solid chrome hood, better than carbon fiber

A chrome hood would be funny. I'm actually looking to chrome some skateboarding trucks, and some other pieces for it. I'm making a Rolls Royce of skateboarding. I'll call it Grant Skateboards. Make the deck out of Cuban Mahogany, Chromed Trucks, and custom made wheel covers that only leave a little bit of wheel visible. Some other ideas floating around my head too. Like diamond studded hardware and a threaded bolt in the deck so you can put a hood ornament on it. Maybe utilize carbon fiber risers or something like that. Still in planning stages and working one piece at a time. Already found my source for wood so trucks was naturally the next step. Save the wheels, which will probably be the hardest, for last. Hopefully I am able to finish at least one. I'll post a pic if I do.
