There was a car in one of the UK tuning mags last month with one guy in a highly modded Legacy RS which got upto a top speed of 160mph at 1.25 miles. I don't have the mag to hand but it had a pic with the words. I think ...something Legacy RS - will check when I get home.

Yes, I have that mag here at home..sorry for not posting it!
it has an EJ20 from a WRX, and some rather custom stuff (FMIC, hybrid turbo,
Motec engine mgmt.)...car was quick indeed.
if memory serves me, it says Legacy RS, and under it 2.0 turbo 16 valve, or
something to that effect.
