is that a turbo on the back exhaust? :? If so then i've never seen or heard of anything like it before.seems wothless unless you had like a 1" exhaust pipe and used it to pull exhaust gases away from the main turbo to get your pressure drop.

That is the stupidest thing I've ever seen. That is wrong in so many ways it hurts.

The turbo's efficiency is a direct measure of hot exhaust gasses, by the time they reach the turbo, they have cooled off significantly.

Not to mention the massive intake piping to collect heat, and O MY GOD....the turbo lag has to be out of this world.

Wow, I cant wrap my head around that one.

Such nice work, but wow.

I think Id rather have removed the hood and the turbo sticking up in the air than this.

No shit......or possibly sitting in a heat box in the passenger seat........anything but that.

I will say though......that's some nice fab work though....even though the design sucks.

Good reason: weight distribution. But not that great cuz it's behind the rear axle. This system really is not good overall. Ugghhhh... you probably have to sit and listen to the turbo compress 8 cubic feet of air before you get any substantial boost... Could probably have a light on the dash - "System Pressurizing". You'd see it for about 2 seconds everytime you shift  .

And that intake is great for sucking in water flying off the rear tire.

The Z28's engine could probably pressurize all that piping in no time. I hope there's a monster intercooler in the front of the engine bay, though.

Wow just thought about this, he has to run oil lines to the turbo as well!

at least he's got more capacity now.....hahaha

Some turbos have their own independent oiling systems.

My girlfriend just had another idea -- maybe it's a stealth installation. If he beats someone in a race, and then they look under the hood, it won't look like he has forced induction.

I still don't get it. It seems absolutely retarded. 'Nuff said.

I know turbos and how they should be set up; this is not the way to set up a turbo application.

I just figured it out! He probably did it and stretched a whoopie cusion over the BOV so that when he shifts and it releases air it makes a big farting sound from the back of the car. Imagine the sound of that. Beeeewwwww, PHHHHTTTT, BBBEEEEWWWWW, PPPFFFHHHHHTTTTT, Bbbbbeeeeeewwwww.

It looks like their is an oil line running to it. Actually two lines, one white one blue. Ones a return or maybe a water line.
