I'm sure this question has been asked a billion times but I actually
have a chance to get one at a decent price.

Is it possible to get a Ej20TT (twin turbo jdm) into a 91 Legacy turbo
(US) without too many problems (steering column and such)?

The quick and easy answer.....NO.

Do a search.....it's been gone over several times.....you can find more info on why it won't work and specifics. But no it won't work without a lot of hassle.
