Air is in the system probably. Once you fix the leak and drive for a
while it will go away.

When first filling it turn the wheel to either side a couple times.

My power steering leaks and when I refill the resivour it becomes
really noisy (ticks loudly) any sugesstions its a 89 RS (2 L Turbo)
