what are the best headers for my 91 turbo

in all reality.....stock manifold. Cast iron retains heat better. Heat is not necessarily the driving force of the turbo, but you can measure the turbo's efficiency by measuring the temp pre & post turbo. The turbo is essentually a big heat sink.
