Hi, I noticed that there's couple of people interested in
building (or already have) a rally car, track car etc...(LEGACY)
My Question is; if I was to get a good price for a fuel cell specialy
made for or Legacy chassy (BC), would anyone be interested ???
Warning, it ain't cheap... That's why I kinda trying to make a group buy
to bring the cost down.
I'm presently getting the info, the minute I have more details I'll let you know. Meen while, show me your interess.

ATL Racing Fuel Cell
They make them but at the UK factory only.
I spoke to a representent at the US factory and he said
they could get the plans and make them here.
I don't have pics of it. But it must look like the one they
make for Impreza. Like the one at the bottom left of this page;

FIA homologation...The real thing.
More info to come... Any interested????

Here's what ATL told me so far;
Nick,
The cell is supplied without any plates........the customers are to use
all existing hardware from their original cell. This utilizes a Prodrive
designed internal catchtank.........it is an
aluminium box (welded to the underside of the 6 x 10 plate. Inside this
box are (2) Bosch high pressure fuel pumps, (2) hi-flow stainless steel
filters and (1) hi-flow filter.....the catchtank is fed by (2) low
pressure lift pumps that are strapped to the sides (1 per side).
It is trunk mounted.
Regards, Andrew Webb, ATL
That's all folks...

I'm looking at the picture of the WRX one and can't figure out where it would go in a WRX based upon my knowledge of the car. IMO the two best spots in a Legacy Rally Car is in the middle of the back seat area or in the hole that holds the spare usually. This way you maintain a better balance of the car (fuel weighs a bit) and can make sure it sits low (center of gravity). That would be rad to have though. The fuel cell in my rally car was made by ATL I believe and it's nice.

It usualy goes between the two suspension tower in the trunk.
