What does everybody use to clean their hands and stuff when regular soap just isnt enough? I just discovered that orange clean degreaser works great at getting atf and coolant pretty much off your fingers and palm, even after sitting there for about a day. Plus my hands smell like oranges now

. What else works great?

Gojo is another orange oil and pumice cleaner that works well. Lava's good, too. It's basically the same thing but without the orange oil. Simple Green makes a really nice hand cleaner that contains pumice and it comes in little 5oz tubes, so it's really convenient to keep in the car. I have a bunch of tubes of that stuff in various places, and a huge thing of Gojo at home.
With any of these you have to be careful. If you use it too often (like 10 times a day for two weeks) it will rub your skin raw. I speak from experience.

I'll second the Gojo. I've got a big bottle of it sitting under the counter right now. It works really well.

I have the economy sized Gojo tub in my garage...
Lava is just as good, but you need water to use it...

is gojo the white stuff in an orange bottle? I used to have some of that crap whatever it was called, it worked hella well, but I don't know where it is. I'm sure I'll find it in my closet or under a box or something in like 2 years and itll be worthless then :\

I don't like gojo.....It needs to have som grit to it......the orang pumice stuff works well.....it actually may be made by gojo....but I don't know.
I have used the tub-o-cleaner stuff...it works ok, but I need water to wash the hands.....since it leaves a slimey feeling on them.

Gojo is the white stuff in the orange bottle or in the white tub with an orange lid. Both types I've used did have pumice grit in them.

The Gojo has grit in it. It might not be as much as some of the other cleaners out there, but it works really well for me.

Gotta give a shot out to Gojo! Plus it comes with a neat, nifty little blue brush for your finger nails.

Yeah, that brush is key when you're in the midst of a tranny swap and need to go out to a fancy restaurant...
