I dunno either. So lets speculate and make wild guesses!!
I submit that we're all a bit crazy for trying to maintain these old buckets and it takes a bit more know-how to make it happen.

Ah, i don't know why it took so long for you guys to ask that question.
The reason? Another site on this box uses that favicon, and the site needed one, so i just copied it over. Simple as that.
