I have GAB revolution II coilovers on my legacy. I never knew what the springrates are. I recently looked up the specs on GAB's website and here is what i found:

Front:
6k-210-65

Rear:
5k-210-65

Units:
(kgf/mm)?(mm)?(?)
Spring rate - free length - inside diameter

HERE is a picture of the GAB site translated w/ babelfish.

Just curious what these translate into as lbs/inch.

From wha ti could find it looks like i just multiply the kgf/mm by 56 to get lbs/inch. That give me 336/280 front/rear.

I suppose i can believe it, they are really really stiff.

The GAB coilovers are a full strut/spring combo. From examining the struts, it looks like they are a modified version of the KYB AGX. I didn't have a digicam at the time (still don't) but i may take some pics when i convert to AWD.
