Scroll to the bottom and look at the KYB GR2s' The 90-91 struts cost a $100 more then the 92-99. Is this because of the tapered rear springs on the 90-91 ? Also the ones for the 93-03 Impreza are $50 cheaper then the 92-99 Legacy ones. Are they actually different, the 92-99 Legacy and the 93-03 Impreza, or can the Impreza ones be used on the 92-99 Legacy?

Ok....well if no one has a comment about why the prices are so different can someone at least comment as to whether or not the 93-99 Impreza struts can be used on a 92-99 Legacy. If they will work but it isn't a good idea for some reason please tell and say why too please. :D

I don't know why they charge more for the struts, they are the same between all the first gen's only the springs are different or so I've read. Tire rack does the same thing. The impreza struts should fit but the rates will be different since the cars have different wieghts.

The Spring to Strut mounting diameter is the same for tapered or "normal" springs, this must be a typo. I know this for sure.
