Tuning

Hi. Just bought a 1990 dl sw 4wd.
Its running rough at idle, dies. Doesn't stop after ignition is turning off.
Also blowing the indicator fuse.
thought it might be a tuning problem. its an east west motor and I dont know shit so if anyone can help with how I tune it up.
which is No.1 cylinder?
whats the gap on the points?
wouldn't have a copy of a wiring diagram and engine spec anyone?
