I was looking though some of the papers in my car the other day and noticed that richard(previous owner) bought tires with a 65,000 mile replacement warrenty. I've got a while to go to 65,000 miles after they were bought but does anyone know I can get them replaced? or can only the person that bought them do this?

Usually, they'll knock off a pro-rated discount for the rest of the life of the tire. That's one great reason to purchase tires through them:D. You should be able to get a considerable discount/warranty when you purchase your next set of tires through them.
