1990 legacy LS wagon, 5 speed, does it have an LSD????

Probably not.

Officially, the LSD was an option on a lot of early Legacies, but the only ones I've actually heard about were all on 1991 Legacy Turbos.

The words "limited-slip differential" are not even mentioned in the 1990 Legacy brochure...

Jack up the back of the car, spin one of the tires, if the other spins in the same direction, LSD, if it spins in the other direction, one legger.

Oh, we should point out, since you're new to Subarus -- the differential we're talking about is the rear one. The center differential does have a viscous coupling limited-slip, and the front differential is open.

haha, i have a feeling this legacy is going to be a lot more of a toy than a winter beater, haha, thats how it goes, right? thanks again
