Unusual hard starting

Hey, I finally have an engine problem! When its very windy and raining my car has a hell of a time starting, requiring cranking for about half a minute or more and necessiating me pressing the gas (!) to get it going. After that it'll bog badly as applying light throttle from idle (like leaving a stop sign) and then it'll clear up. When the coolant gets to temp the car runs great. This condition ONLY happens when it's windy and rainy and the car has sat in it for hours. If it hasn't been sitting long, is only raining or snowing or is only a little windy or very windy with no rain it kicks over almost instantly and runs perfect at all times. This has occurred 3 times now with weeks or months separating each episode.

So it seems like a lean condition in open loop (but only in the mentioned conditons), but why? All sensors are original (232k). Could it just be that she hates going out in that weather or feels neglected for having to be out in it and is just voicing her displeasure?

I think the wind/rain thing is purely coincidental. I'd suggest the coolant temp sensor first. They're like 20 bucks.....so it won't set you back too much.
