I'm sure most of you guys have heard of John Lingenfelter, he was probably the biggest GM tuner around (made the 1000hp Twin Turbo Corvettes), and a excellent racer. He just died the other day, never really recovered from a drag race crash a while ago... Another blow for GM.... :(

 :(

Definitely not cool... I always have and always will love C5 Corvettes, and a twin-turbo one definitely tickles my fancy!

This is my first hearing of the news, terrible to hear. He was probably the one person most under-described by the word "tuner"...

This sucks! I can't wait for this stinking cursed year to end - so many people dying in 2003.

wow  . what happened in the drag race crash?

this is definitely a blow for lots of rich car tuners, he was the guy for any car if you wanted him to work on it.
