Theoretically he should probably get more than that. He probably will too if the insurance companies get involved. It's a real tragedy though regardless.

Usually the salesman I get are nervous if I break the speed limit. That's why I hate being a passenger with anyone who thinks Fast & the Furious was cool.

I know what I'd do to that salesman's face when I healed up. All in all that guy's lucky, though.

Well, the post was deleted. Here's the cliffs notes:

Basically, a guy was in the market for an SRT-4. He test drove the car and on the way back to the dealership the salesman drove. The salesman ended up flipping the car, which completely totalled the car, and maimed the would-be customer. A pole went through the windshield and mangled his face up pretty good, along with some broken limbs (IIRC).

The salesman came out relatively unscathed.
