HOT! Good job guys! I should really stop down there and say hey sometime, i'm not too far. :)

Course, i'd love a set of those brakes too, but i don't want to upgrade to 17s.

my dad got the brakes from a subaru dealership

FYI the brakes would not fit around 16's. he had forester wheels on and i think they are 16's. the wheels on their now are 17x8.0 i think. he has 4 pot brakes in the front and 2 pot in the back

You should check on Nasioc but I swear 16x7 slipstreams fit over those.

I thought the 16x7 RS rims fit over them as well. Regardless, that wagon is sweeet!

everybody says 16x7's will fit over 4pots, but not 16x6.5 so it's probably a wheel width but a wheel depth thing. Also why rs wheels are worth more than wrx wheels

So they came red like that? Do you know what he bought like what item number's or whatever?

Damn. . . . you have it easy. I have to get AT LEAST 17x7.5 to clear the new Brembos. AND, in most cases, the offset has to be 48mm or more.

Makes wheel shopping a real pain. :?

If you'd like I can buy the 4 pots, put them on my car, and get you some 16x7 wheels with good tires, and all you have to do is trade cars with me. You won't have to worry about wheels for a while :D

strut tower bar

is that an Impreza strut tower bar? If so, what had to be done to get it to fit, or did it just bolt in? Any issues with it?

Those subaru 4 pots are the same as the Nissan 4 pots, they even use the same pad set AFAIK.

The RS wheels are typically more expensive because they're 7" wide versus the WRX's 6.5".

funny how nobody has mentioned the motor? is it a ver2 or ver3 motor? i've got to say I'm jealous!! get rid of the pissy little top mount and get a FMIC you'll notice the difference straight away!! what boost are you running and what size fuel pump? bolt on a fuel reg and a 500HP fuel pump put on a FMIC and get a possumlink ECU from New Zealand, tune it to 19psi and you'll be doing mid to low 12sec passes on the 1/4  . but be careful of the clutch and the gearbox :?

Any GC Chassis, 93-01 impreza, strut bars will fit in the front direct bolt on.

The rear, according to Josh had some fitment issues, but that could be bar specific.

The engine in the engine is completely stock except for the air filter and exhaust so i think it's still running the stock 16psi. but let me tell you that thing runs circles around WRX's. i don't think he's raced any STi's yet

And there less often replaced and generally considered to be a better looking wheel.
