I'll be registering my 94 Turbo here in a few days, and I have been considering getting a vanity tag.
Anyone have any ideas?
7-character maximum
I was thinking "ZZZZZZZ" as my #1 choice, but I want other ideas as well.

Yeah, until we develop NLP-based searching, we have to search for synonyms ourselves... :)
I find it funny and cool that you and Mike both came up with the same one.

Yea, I noticed that when I checked that thread.
I thought of it when I saw a local Viper. "SSSSSSS"
Can you have Slashes in license plates? I know you can have the '&' symbol, but what about Slashes?
If I can have slashes, then no contest, "UN/A" is going to be my tag.
"Unnatural Aspiration"

That's a pretty cool idea, but I doubt anyone would know what the hell it was.
I was thinking ICSPRAY (Intercooler Spray), but no one would get that either.
I should call the MVA and see if I can get slashes on the plate.
UN/A would probably be the one I'd get if I can have slashes.

Your the man!
That's awesome, I'll be going to the MVA very soon.
I was thinking the PSI thing, but I don't wan't to have to get a different license plate that often.

I don't want to get anything that will get me in trouble with faster cars.
I don't want to have a tag saying something along the lines of "IMFASTR" and then have a Mustang or something talking smack.
I'll wait until I am deep in the 12's before I get a tag asking for trouble
I really like OLSKOOL though. That's the new #1 choice, followed by UN/A if you can have slashes.

Yea man, we are having a car-wash/photo shoot day. It'll be the official unveiling of the 94. Still unregistered though, so I still don't get to drive it.
Shoot me a PM if you want to swing by or want to meet up in Olney. If you want to see the 94, then you'll have to swing by here. No tags + no registration + no insurance = my ass going to jail.

My buddy gave me the idea, GODZILA which is moving up the ranks of possibilities. The Japanese monster. I only get this one if he decides to sell his SR20DET powered 240. Otherwise, his 400hp 240 get's the tag. He lives in PA, but it's the principle of the thing.
Others are:
BOOSTED
SPOOLIN
DRIVEN
DRIVE (this was result of a 'what-if' where you had to think of a tag for a Skyline. I said if I was in New York, I'd get Drive, so my car would say "Skyline Drive")
DCLXVI (666 in Roman Numerals)
4CFED
Those are the ones I thought of. Still undecided though. I have to sell my 95 before I can register the 94.

I live in Silver Springs during the week so if you guys want to throw in a 92 SS into the meet let me know.

I wish you had said something earlier!
The meet was on Saturday. I'll post some pictures in the Photo Gallery. TONS of cars (I would say the most at one time was 180). The drive was awesome and scary at the same time (there was a guy in a truck with a shotgun who was REALLY pissed at one of the WRX's).
Not a single Turbo Legacy to be seen (Mine still isn't registered, so I had to take the 95

)

You didn't hear about the Mach V Motorsports Meet!?
Man, I guess you don't go to NASIOC's Mid-A forum at all, eh?
TONS of cars.
Anyway, yea, we should all get together for lunch sometime. I am at college, so the only time I could meet would be a Thursday (all day, I don't have class), or a weekend. Or over one of my breaks (spring break starts March 12th and goes until... a week from the 12th).

No, I haden't heard.

I get over on Nabisco sometimes. I am fairly busy over there at times but recently I haven't been hangin' much.

What about at night during the week? I'm usually back in PA on the weekends so that's no good for me. I usually drive back on Thur. night so I could maybe do a daytime meet on a Thur. but would rather do an evening meet after work.
Are you down to meet up too Boostjunkie? I know you're having boost issues currently. Ya know, I'm available Mon-Wed in the evenings if you want any help with your ride. Just shoot me a PM if you do.
