Alright, so I gots to go through emissions testing sometime soon and wanted to know if anyone has any suggestions how I can convince my car to pass... FYI here's my setup, 2.5" custom exhaust with a Flomwaster 40 series muffler and a hollow cat, stock on the intake side except for a cone filter. Should I do plugs/wires/PCV, etc... or just put in a bunch of dry gas and pray?

Run a bottle of the "Garanteed to pass emissions" stuff through it.

A sea-foaming might help too (get some of the carbon out of there).

Other than that, if you are cattless, I'd bite my lip and pray.

If you know someone, you don't have to worry about it.

I think it will pass sniffer, even with no tune up. Visual on the other hand....

Well, if it's running well, you should be okay. . .

. . . and if the cat's still on there (albeit hollowed-out) you should still pass the visual, as well. :)

I may do the plugs since they're cheap enough, other than that I guess we'll see what happens... Thanks guys.

Good work! Boostjunkie passed being cattless too. I think my car will pass without even trying.

Hehe. I just found out I was catless this past weekend. hehe.

Went through the sniffer test last year thinkin I had a high-flow cat on (that's what Adam told me). LOL! Yup, the thing is HIGH-FLOW, but not with a cat.
