I'm trying to diagnose a slight hesitation at low RPMs in my car and i am going to try to replace the spark plugs to see if that will help.
Any suggestions on what brand or type i should use...? I'm just looking for some cheap efficient spark plugs... no performance plugs or anything fancy...i just want some that will run good on my Legacy...

Is there a part number for the NGK Coppers?

by mile hi
We have done a lot of checking on plugs and the NGK's are the best all around that we or anyone we know has tried. The part number is
BKR6E11.

I know this is an old topic, but I've got $.02 and I want to spend it here!

I have tried the Bosch Platinum 4's and I saw absolutely no increase in performance, only a worsening of gas mileage. I was told that German plugs have colder heat ranges designed for German cars, therefore leave German plugs to German cars, and Japanese plugs to Japanese cars...
I have since put NGK coppers back in, and find performance to be just as adequate. I do have Magnecor 80mm wires though, and I recommend those!
