Question for those who swapped in a 16G.

I'm going to try and swap turbos (back to stock

)sometime this weekend, but I'd like to know some exact install instructions, mainly with fittings and such.
I was looking at the install reports through a search, and noticed that the turbos use different fittings. What kind of fittings are needed for the stock turbo? What change to the water cooling lines are needed? What size inner diameters are the watercooling lines?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A related question -- when switching turbos are you supposed to replace the uppipe and downpipe gaskets? I don't know what kind of material the gaskets are made of.

the gaskets are one time use, Stainless. I think the pair will run you about 30 bucks. But I always use this stuff, and Ive never had any problems with it.

Do you just smear the copper gasket maker onto the mating surfaces of the original gasket, or do you toss the original gasker and just use a thin layer of the stuff?

Ya, still use the gasket. Use a very thin bead, as any extra that squishes into the exhaust flow, will get rock hard, break off, enter your intake, and probably ruin your day.
