Time for an upgrade

I have a couple of questions to ask you gentlemen on the boards. I am only 18 and so far have managed to swap a legacy turbo into my 95 impreza add an intercooler and clutch and other little bits with a little electrical and fabrication help from my father. But i am ready for an upgraded turbo.
the td05, where can i get it, is it an improvement from stock
the td04, stock wrx right?
what is clocking the turbo, and also do i have to change anything as far as uppipe and downpipe or anything major like that
O yeah i would like any opinions on other turboes and where to get them as well. Sorry for the length.
