Removing gummy tape

I took off the chrome that goes around the front and rear bumper moldings but most of the white gummy tape is still stuck to the bumper. I've tried scraping it off with a flathead, using goo gone, and scrubbing it off with some different grit sandpapers. So far nothing works too well. The best way so far is using a flathead but takes forever. Can anyone suggest what i should use/do to get this crap off?

Maybe gasket remover could help? I don't know if it would eat the bumper or not... it's nasty stuff.

disregard that, but i did find out that you have to let the goo gone sit for quite a while to be anywhere effective, like 20 mins.

I took that stuff off my car too, heating it up with a blowdryer on highest setting or a heat gun works well to loosen it

Try WD-40, it's a good solvent. Citrus degreasers usually work too.

goo gone works fine, just gotta give it time to soak in
